8. Chargeback Prevention Clause

• If a chargeback is attempted, your access will be revoked immediately, and evidence (IP logs, timestamps, access history) will be submitted to Stripe/PayPal.

9. No Guarantees

• Exam results

• Immigration outcomes

• Application processing times

• Acceptance to any program or state board
